NFL Week 8

The Philadelphia Eagles stayed in command of the NFC East with a 38–20 win over the New York Giants, as Saquon Barkley broke out with his first 100-yard rushing game of the season.

In Baltimore, the Ravens returned to form with a strong 30–16 victory over the Chicago Bears. Lamar Jackson led a balanced attack as the Ravens climbed to 3–5, snapping a losing streak and tightening the AFC North race.

The Pittsburgh Steelers weren’t as fortunate, falling 35–25 to the Green Bay Packers as Aaron Rodgers faced his old team. Pittsburgh’s defense had few answers for Jordan Love, who threw three touchdowns to lift Green Bay to 5–1–1.

Elsewhere, the Buffalo Bills dominated Carolina 40–9, the Miami Dolphins handled Atlanta 34–10, and the New England Patriots rolled past Cleveland 32–13. The Indianapolis Colts continued their hot streak, improving to 7–1 with a 38–14 rout of Tennessee, while the Denver Broncos crushed Dallas 44–24. Tampa Bay edged New Orleans 23–3, Houston stunned San Francisco 26–15, and the New York Jets squeaked out a 39–38 thriller over Cincinnati for their first win of the season.

Week 8 concludes tonight as the Washington Commanders (3–4) face the Kansas City Chiefs (4–3) at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs look to regain momentum against a Commanders team eyeing a return to .500.

World Series Game 3 Preview: Dodgers, Blue Jays Square Off in L.A.

After splitting the first two games in Toronto, the 2025 World Series shifts west to Los Angeles tonight for a pivotal Game 3 at Dodger Stadium (8 p.m. ET, FOX).

Tyler Glasnow starts for the Dodgers, who rode Yoshinobu Yamamoto’s complete-game gem to a 5–1 victory in Game 2. Glasnow has been outstanding this postseason, allowing just one run across 13⅓ innings while striking out 16.

The Blue Jays counter with 41-year-old Max Scherzer, making his return to Dodger Stadium where he once pitched in the 2021 postseason. Toronto’s offense, led by Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Bo Bichette, will look to regain momentum after being silenced in Game 2.

With the series tied 1–1, history favors tonight’s winner — teams that take a 2–1 lead have gone on to win the World Series more than 60 percent of the time.
