Phillip John Hamrick, age 81 of Shippensburg, passed away December 18, 2025, at home. He was born March 31, 1944, in Littington, WV, to the late Leva V. (Howdyshell) Hamrick. Phillip was a US Army veteran and a truck driver for ABF Freight. He enjoyed watching football and fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 50+ years, Lorena M. (Finch) Hamrick; daughter, Frances Hamrick of Shippensburg; sister, Phyllis Howard; niece, Lisa Howard, and nephew, Michael Howard and wife, Lori.
Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral & Cremation, Ltd., 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg. At Phillip’s request, there will be no viewing. Friends are invited to a memorial service on Monday, December 22, 2025, at Shippensburg Church of the Nazarene, 429 E. Orange Street, Shippensburg, PA 17257, at 1:00 pm.
