Joan C. Wisotzkey, 82, of Gettysburg, PA, passed away on Friday, January 9, 2026, at Transitions Healthcare after a long illness.
She was born January 8, 1944, in Gettysburg, the daughter of the late Robert & Faye (Leppo) Neary. Joan is survived by her husband of 38 years, Phillip M. Wisotzkey, two sons, Randy Oyler of Colorado and Craig Oyler of Gettysburg, step-daughter, Beth Sterner of Spring Grove, PA, step-son, Todd Wisotzkey of Elizabethtown, PA, seven grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and a brother, David Neary of Arizona.
Joan was predeceased by a son, Chris Oyler. She had been employed by Larson’s Quality Inn in Gettysburg for 38 years.
Joan enjoyed watching her grandchildren and working on puzzles. Joan’s request was to have a private funeral service and be laid to rest next to her parents and son in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Gettysburg.
