Central built up a big halftime lead and added on from there, rolling past the Colonials on Saturday. Brody Holmes had 19 to lead New Oxford; Brayden Billman added 13.

Suburban ended Delone’s perfect season, handing the Squires their first loss of the season after 22 consecutive wins in the YAIAA quarterfinals on Saturday night at Red Lion. Delone fell behind early, clawed its way back, but couldn’t pull out the win. Luke Rebert led the Squires with 18 points, Liam O’Brien had 15, and Griffin Collins scored ten. Delone is now set to host a Class 2A district playoffs game on Feb. 19 against a still-unknown opponent.

Shippensburg came out with a strong third quarter and breezed past the Warriors on Friday. Isabelle Sites and Bailey Irvin led the Gettysburg offense with 14 and 10 points, respectively.

Delone rallied in the fourth quarter to win a thriller over Susquehannock on Saturday. Zoe Gregg had a standout game for the Squirettes, leading all scorers with 14 points. Reece Meckley added 10.

Gettysburg 40 Camp Hill 30

Gettysburg earned third place in the District 3 duals Saturday, defeating Camp Hill at Gettysburg High School. Samantha Campbell picked up a major decision at 100 pounds to put Gettysburg on the board, and Taylor Keckler followed with a pin. Denise Ponce delivered one of the match’s biggest swings at 112, scoring a fall that pushed Gettysburg ahead 22-18. Ella Nevada won by fall at 124, Bell Garrett recorded a fall at 148, sparking a surge that opened the lead.
