Obituary: Luella Laura “Lou” Pottorff

Luella Laura “Lou” Pottorff, 81, formerly of Littlestown, died Monday, March 2nd, 2026, at UF Health Jacksonville. She was the widow of Paul “Pete” Furlow, who predeceased her in 1979, and Carl “Kelly” Pottorff, who predeceased her in 2014. Born on October 3, 1944, in Littlestown, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Chester and Pauline (Myers) Lippy. Luella retired from Hadco and was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church of Littlestown. She is survived by a son, Dean Furlow, and wife, Mel, of Littlestown, and a daughter, Cheryl Wilkins and husband, Paul, of Yulee, FL; three grandchildren, Terry McGonigal Jr, Kamryn, and MacKenzie Furlow, and three great grandchildren, Brooke, Peyton, and Tyler; and a brother, Leroy Lippy. Luella enjoyed watching Hallmark movies and hummingbirds fly at her feeder, she also loved word search books, coloring, playing games and bingo. Luella was sweet, patient and kind and will be missed dearly by all who loved her.
