Parker Black allowed just one hit and collected three of his own in leading Biglerville to the shutout win. Cooper Karalus came on to get the final out for the Canners, a strikeout, after Black had fanned nine while walking only one. Aiden Hoffman also had three hits for Biglerville. Delone’s lone hit came from second baseman Brody McQuay.

Colin Fultz held Gettysburg to just three hits on the mound, while collecting a pair of hits at the plate, knocking in two, in leading Hershey to the win. Gettysburg’s Curtis Rebert was the tough-luck losing pitcher, giving up just two earned runs while striking out seven without a walk.

New Oxford’s Gavin Haifley turned in a dominant performance on the mound, scattering just five hits to earn a complete-game victory. Haifley helped his own cause at the plate as well, finishing 1-for-3 with a run scored. Offensively, the Colonials were paced by Carter Wagaman, who went 1-for-3 with an RBI, while Tristyn Yerka provided the definitive blow. Yerka broke the game wide open in the 6th inning, delivering a clutch two-run single to secure the win for New Oxford.

Gavin Haifley led the offensive charge, going 3-for-4 with two RBIs and a run scored, while Ayden Tracey matched his production with a 3-for-4 performance and two RBIs of his own. Carter Wagaman was dominant on the mound, earning his fourth win of the season by striking out 10 batters in a 93-pitch masterpiece. With the victory, New Oxford clinches at least a share of the Division 2 championship.

Delone’s offensive effort was spearheaded by Will Holtz with 7 goals, 4 assists, and 5 ground balls. John Keely had 6 goals, while Channing Hickok added a hat trick and a ground ball. In the midfield and on the defensive end, Nik Holtz had 6 ground balls, and Ryan Smulian contributed across the board with a goal, an assist, and 5 ground balls. Rowen Neyra had a goal and a ground ball and10 faceoff wins.

Susquehannock 12 New Oxford 6

The Colonials lost for the first time this season at Susquehannock on Tuesday. Ava Cohee led the Colonials’ offense with two goals scored. New Oxford fired 17 shots on goal, with goalkeeper Brionca Vail recording 8 saves. Susquehannock pressured with 20 shots on goal, while Julia Shepherd turned away 6 shots for the Warriors. In junior varsity action, New Oxford secured an 11-6 victory.

The Colonials quickly got back into the win column, blitzing Easten on Thursday behind seven goals from Cam Cohee, six from Delanie Stonesifer, and three by McKenna Johnston. New Oxford had 40 shots on goal. Maya Lupian anchored the New Oxford defense with four saves. Meanwhile, Eastern had 14 shots on goal; Kaeley Saylor had 13 saves.

Delone’s seventh-inning rally fell short, and Biglerville held on for the win. Jillian Sherdel and Caylee Zortman homered for the homestanding Squirettes, while Adyson Hummer doubled and knocked in three. Abby Marquez had two hits for Biglerville, while Sydney McCleaf got the win with a gritty route-going performance in the pitching circle.
