PennDOT to Mill and Pave Lake Meade Road (Route 1010) between Route 94 (Carlisle Pike) and Germany Road in Adams County

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that next week a PennDOT maintenance crew in Adams County is scheduled to mill and pave sections of Lake Meade Road (Route 1010) between Route 94 (Carlisle Pike) and Germany Road (Route 1005) in Reading Township.

Weather permitting, this work will be performed Tuesday, May 26, through Friday, May 29, from approximately 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. There will be single lane restrictions under flagging during work hours.

Travelers are reminded to be alert for these operations, to obey work zone signs, and to use caution when driving through work zones for their safety, as well as for the safety of the road crews.
