Gettysburg’s The Barn Resort to Host Inaugural Fields of Praise Christian Music Festival Featuring Rachael Lampa

The Barn Resort in Gettysburg will host Fields of Praise, a new Christian music and worship festival on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 3:00–10:00 p.m., bringing nationally recognized Christian recording artist Rachael Lampa to South-Central Pennsylvania for an evening of music, worship, community and family fun.

The event is designed to bring together families, churches and members of the Christian community for a day centered around faith, music and fellowship.

Lampa, a longtime presence in contemporary Christian music, will headline the event. Her career includes multiple Dove Award nominations and wins, chart-topping Christian music, and a catalog of songs that have connected with Christian audiences for more than two decades.

“Fields of Praise is about bringing people together,” said Cindy Compton, General Manager of The Barn Resort. “We wanted to create an event where families, friends and churches could come together, enjoy incredible Christian music, worship, and simply spend a meaningful day together. We are thrilled to welcome Rachael Lampa to Gettysburg and believe this can become something special for our community.”

In addition to live music, Fields of Praise will feature local vendors, food and beverages, Christian yoga and other activities, creating an experience that extends beyond the concert itself.

The event is also designed to be accessible to families. Adult tickets are $45 plus fees, children ages 7–11 are $25 plus fees, and children 6 and under are free. VIP experiences will also be available for guests looking for an enhanced festival experience.

The Barn Resort hopes Fields of Praise will become an annual event that attracts both local residents and visitors from throughout South-Central Pennsylvania, Maryland and surrounding areas.

With Gettysburg already recognized as a major tourism destination, organizers see the festival as an opportunity to bring another audience into the community while supporting local businesses, vendors and tourism-related activity.

“Gettysburg is known around the country for its history, but it is also a wonderful place to gather as a community,” said Cindy Copton, General Manager. “Fields of Praise gives us an opportunity to showcase another side of Gettysburg — one centered on music, faith, family and community.”

Tickets and additional event information are available through The Barn Resort / Eventbrite.
