Jean (Paxton) Rank, 96, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, in her home. She was born February 2, 1930, in Gardens, to the late Livingston A. and Margie (Day) Paxton. She was the widow of Earl Rank.

Jean owned and operated Twirly Top in the late 60s to early 70s and then ran the concession stand at Fuller Lake in the late 1970s.

She is survived by her son, Michael L. Rank of Mechanicsburg; two grandchildren, Emory Rank (Natasha) of Boiling Springs and Courtney Rank (Beth) of Denver, CO; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Madeline, Chase, and Chance; and stepchildren, Peter and Clara. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her three siblings, Bob, Allen, and Donnie Paxton.

Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery with Rev. Richard Reese officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mt. Holly Springs.
