On Saturday, September 26th at 4:00 pm in the Gettysburg Lutheran Seminary Chapel, internationally acclaimed Welsh baritone Jeremy Huw Williams will return to Gettysburg for a powerful and varied concert created especially for this historic setting.

Williams and pianist Scott Crowne will present William Bolcom’s moving “Gettysburg, July 1, 1863”—performed on the very site of the fiercest fighting of that day.

The program will also feature two works by Gettysburg composer John “Buzz” Jones, including “Emancipation,” a compelling setting of psalms and words from Abraham Lincoln’s addresses. Williams will be joined for this performance by the Buzz Jones Jazz Quartet.
