Robert Lee Brashears, Sr.

Robert Lee Brashears, born October 20, 1933, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of memories and a family who will forever cherish him.

Robert was preceded in death by his beloved son, Michael; his brothers and sister; and his mother and father.

He is survived by his loving family, including Debra Trask and her husband, David; his daughter Penny and her significant other, Edward; Pan and her husband, Carlos; and his son Robert Jr. and his wife, Debra.

Robert was a proud grandfather to Tori, Dustin, Teene, Jessica, Pamela, Ronnie, Carlos Jr., Nathan, Joshua, Danielle, Deanna, Denise, Dustin, Derek, and Ray. He was also a cherished great‑grandfather to Waylon, Lilly, three other great‑granddaughters, Mike, Michael Jr., Ashley, Dylan, Alysha, Kylee, Draven, and James.

Born and raised on the family farm, Robert developed a deep and lifelong connection to farming and the land. He continued farming throughout his adult life, shaping not only his own path but the foundation of the life he built for his family. His dedication to hard work and the simple beauty of rural living became a defining part of who he was.

Outside of farming, Robert enjoyed putting puzzles together and treasured every moment spent with his family. He loved sharing good times with the people he cared about, creating memories that will be carried forward for generations.

Robert will be remembered for his devotion to his family, his love of farming, his appreciation for life’s simple joys, and the countless memories he created with those around him. Though he will be deeply missed, his legacy lives on through his children, grandchildren, great‑grandchildren, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Rest peacefully, Robert. Your memory will remain forever in the hearts of your family.
