Pick-Your-Own Apple Harvest begins this Labor Day weekend!
Picking dates: Starting August 31 2019 and we plan to be open through October 20 2019 (weather permitting)
Picking Hours: You may pick during our regular business hours we close the orchards approx. 30-minutes before closing. Business hours are Monday-Saturday 7am-5:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm-5:00pm
Early varieties ready to harvest include: RubyMac (McIntosh-type apple with a white crisp flesh that is great for snaking and making sauce); Shizuka (early Mutsu/Crispin-type apple that is more sweet and crisp); Rising Sun Fuji (early Fuji-type apple that is lightly sweet juicy and crisp); and lastly Melrose (a Jonathan and Red Delicious cross with a firm coarse and sweet flesh).
Apple varieties that will be ready to harvest later include: Golden Delicious Red Delicious Idared Fuji Winesap York Imperial and Pink Lady. We will continue to post harvest updates through the season.
Picking bags are provided. Pricing is $0.75 per pound.
