Stroll with a Gettysburg Licensed Town Historian/Guide to the sites of some of Gettysburg's most historic taverns and hear unusual but true stories that took place at these legendary watering holes.
Your Historian/Guide will regale you with stories about presidents fires Civil War activities and temperance societies. While you will not be purchasing any drinks during the tour you can enjoy libations after the tour with a voucher from Knob Hall Winery for two free wine tastings and 20% off on bottle sales and a voucher for a complimentary beverage (house wine or draft beer) from the Gettysburg Hotel.
Meet your Guide in the courtyard behind the Gettysburg Hotel at 5pm Tuesday Thursday or Friday evenings and start your adventure. Reservations requested walk-ins accepted. Cash only. We do not accept credit cards.
