Gettysburg wins first title of fall campaign

The Gettysburg College women’s golf team wrapped up its fall campaign with a team title by a stroke at its own invite on Sunday at the Hanover Country Club.

Match Summary
For the second consecutive time and third this season, junior Caroline Kurtt (Denver, Colo./Clovis [Calif.]) guided the Bullets as she posted an 85 to claim runner-up, her highest finish this fall.
Senior Cam D’Amica (Milford, N.J./Delaware Valley) and sophomore Mia Wilutis (Water Mill, N.Y./Southampton) each tallied a 94 to finish tied for ninth. Freshman Monica Solis (Clemmons, N.C./West Forsyth) tied for 16th, carding a 101, while freshman Anne Harrower (Glenside, Pa. Springside Chestnut Hill Academy) rounded out the lineup in a tie for 21st after posting a 105.
Sophomore Ella Zimmerman (St. Louis, MO./Clayton High School) and Audrey Coughlin (Philadelphia, Pa./Merion Mercy Academy) both competed as individuals, posting a 101 and 103, respectively.
Gettysburg took home its first team honor of the fall campaign by a stroke (374) as Arcadia finished runner-up (375). Emma Dissinger from Lebanon Valley won the individual title.
