The Adams County Alliance for Economic Development has announced that it has launched a strategic plan as part of an effort to guide the organization’s next 10 years and beyond.
The plan, which is in the development stages, will help the organization to better assess its mission, vision, and values and align its work with the goals of the Adams County community.

As part of the process, the alliance has partnered with Patrick Ball of CBY Professional Services, based in East Berlin, to conduct a series of stakeholder consultations to help inform the development of the plan.
“The Alliance has a very strong reputation in the Adams County market as an organization that is here to attract and retain business and promote economic growth. The team is well respected, accessible, and involved in the community,” says Ball.
The strategic plan will be finalized in the near future and will be distributed to community members and stakeholders.
The development of the strategic plan is part of the alliance’s mission to create a better future for Adams County by attracting, retaining, and promoting economic growth.
