PIDA loan program:
Low fixed interest rates from 4.25 percent through June 30.

SBA 504 LOAN PROGRAM:
Rates as low as 6.31 percent

NEXT GENERATION FARMER LOANS:
Low, tax-exempt interest rates

SPARK LOANS FOR SMALL BUSINESSES
Rates 6-7%

HOMEBUYER ASSISTANCE LOANS: UP TO $10,000 NO INTEREST
