New Oxford erased a two-run deficit with a four-run fourth inning to defeat Eastern York on Monday. Bailey Moser had two RBI and scored a run for the Colonials and Miranda Lambert threw exactly 100 pitches in getting the win, surrendering five hits and striking out eight.

The Colonials rolled to victory at Gettysburg, led by Cameryn Cohee’s four goals and Sydney Winpigler’s three goals and five assists. Daelyn Hardnack had 14 saves for New Oxford. Maddy Hassinger scored three times for Gettysburg. Gettysburg’s JV won, 9 – 5.

The Canners scored all six runs in the first two innings, pitcher Sydney McCleaf went the distance for the second time in one day, and Biglerville notched another Cat Tournament win. Lexi Pickett was Biglerville’s offensive star in this one, with two hits, including a home run and four RBI.

Scoring in every inning, the Canners settled the matter in five innings over host Halifax at the Cat Classic on Saturday. Paige Slaybaugh led the 12-hit attack with three hits, two RBI, and three runs scored. Olivia Miller, Rylie Brewer, and Sydney McCleaf all had multi-hit games as well. McCleaf went the distance in the circle for Biglerville, surrendering just one hit. Most notably, her five strikeouts gave her an even 100 for her career.
