Boys: Gettysburg  86, Lower Dauphin  76

Gettysburg’s girls and boys both won their meets vs. Lower Dauphin Tuesday evening with exceptional swims, including first-place finishes from Morgan Bishop, Maya Brainard, Addy Dunlop, Wes Coolbaugh, Alex Koufos, and Trae Brownley.

Tied after three quarters, Bermudian Springs used a 22-point final frame to defeat York Tech. Dylan Hubbard had 17 for the Eagles, and Tyson Carpenter had 14 points. York Tech’s Jordan Overton had a game-high 18.

Down 11 points at the end of the third quarter, Littlestown staged a monumental comeback in defeating Hanover, 64-60. Christopher Meakin again led the Bolt scoring, with a game-high 28.

Josh Herr’s 29 points led the charge in Gettysburg’s romp over James Buchanan. Also scoring in double figures for the Warriors were Ian McLean with 14 and Brody Wagner with 13. Drew Crouse had 19 for JB.

Northeastern broke open a tight game with a fourth-quarter surge and defeated New Oxford Tuesday evening. Josh Every led the winning effort with 19 points, while Idriz Ahmetovic was the Colonials’ leading scorer with 18.
