Spring-Grove came out strong in the second half to breeze past Gettysburg. Knotted at the half, the Rockets delighted the home crowd with a dominant third quarter and then added on with a strong final period. Avin Myer led the scoring for the winners with 25 points, while Misael Santana added 21. For Gettysburg, Brody Wagner and Josh Herr had 19 and 16, respectively.
Boys Wrestling , February 3

The Warriors won the District III Class AAA Saturday afternoon at Cumberland Valley by handily defeating Boiling Springs. Gettysburg started strong and was never threatened. The Warriors will now move on to the AAA State Team Championships and will face District 12 representative LaSalle on Thursday night at the Giant Center in Hershey.

Gettysburg closed out its season with a win at Hanover. Addison Caywood had an excellent game, scoring a game-high 18 to lead the Warriors. Riley Stigler led the Hawks with 14.
