The Lower Dauphin Falcons arrived at Warrior Stadium Monday afternoon on a mission to remain undefeated in the 2025 campaign. The Falcons’ offensive firepower proved too much, as they flew past the Warriors.
Cole Duffy, Cody Woodring, and Carter Leiberher each recorded hat tricks, combining for 13 of the 17 goals. Duffy and Woodring each scored 5 times, while Leiberher had three.
The Warriors faced a record 52 shots in the contest. Netminders Turner Ramsburg and Carter Jenkins turned away 48.48% of the shots on goal they faced. Ramsburg led the way with 12 saves on two shots, while Jenkins stopped 4 of 11 shots on goal.
Offensively, the Warriors capitalized on their opportunities in the attack zone. Senior Jackson Sheads scored four goals and added an assist on the night. Sheads broke a tie with Cole Schumacher for the most all-time hat tricks in Warriors’ history, as he now has four in his career.
Gavin Nevada scored his first goal of the season as he navigated through the Falcons’ defenders in the second quarter. Brennen Double scored his second goal in the early season as he found the back of the net in the third quarter. Vic Pridham rounded out the scoring as he picked up his first career assist. Pridham won a career-high five faceoffs on the night as well.
R J Monn was the defensive star of the game. He blocked three shots in one series against Lower Dauphin, picked up four groundballs, and forced two turnovers. Grant Johnson, Nate Rawlings, and Jackson Sheads also forced two turnovers in the game.
The Warriors head north on Route 15 for a showdown against the powerhouse Trinity Shamrocks. The varsity game starts at 7:00 PM, with the JV game to follow.
