Sokol had another stellar game from the leadoff spot, driving in three runs and scoring four times. Eight errors did not aid Carlisle’s cause in the field.

Cole Schmacher – 1 Goal, Alex Cunningham – 1 Goal
Jackson Sheads – 1 Assist
Turner Ramsburg – 4 Saves, Ryder Dailey – 3 Saves

The Trinity Shamrocks had a little more than luck on their side Thursday night as their talented lineup proved too much for Gettysburg. The Shamrocks scored early and often against the depleted Warriors as they cruised to a 23 – 2 triumph. With five starters missing from the lineup, Gettysburg did everything possible to mix up the positions to try to compete. While the scoreboard was lopsided, the Warriors held their heads high as they put 100% effort into the contest.
Every game has highlights. Three newcomers made their debuts in varsity action. Colton “Big Country” Hewitt played defense and picked up a groundball while on the field. Logan Wyant got on the scoresheet with a penalty and played some solid defense. Goaltender Ryder Dailey made his first career save.
Other Warriors contributed in the game as well. Ty Garretson won his first varsity faceoff, while Grant Johnson led the Warriors with four groundballs. Wyatt Michaels and Ethan Cortina logged valuable time on the field.
Alex Cunningham and Cole Schumacher each scored a goal in the game, while Jackson Sheads was credited with his third assist of the season. Cunningham now has four goals in the 2025 campaign, while Schumacher has three. Sheads played every position but goalie in the game, playing attack, middie, and defense and winning three of five faceoffs.
Goaltender Turner Ramsburg made four stops on the night and now leads the team in total saves with 22.
The Warriors return home on Tuesday as they face the Bishop McDevitt Crusaders. Faceoff is at 4:30 PM.
