New Oxford extended its win streak to five games, as Tristyn Yerka earned the complete-game win, scattering six hits, striking out seven, and walking only one. Nolan O’Brien doubled and had 2 RBI for the Colonials. Peyton Bossom hit a solo HR for Littlestown to give them an early lead.

Annville-Cleona scored twice in the top of the seventh and held on defeat Biglerville Friday afternoon. Jocelyn Miller had three hits, scored twice, and drove four runs for the Canners, who rallied in the final frame but came up short.

After spotting the visiting Colonials a three-run first-inning lead, Littlestown’s offense eventually took over. Adyson Popoff was a key contributor with four RBI, while Emma Peart had two hits and knocked in two runs. Brooklyn Horick’s two-run homer provided New Oxford with its early lead.
