The Canners moved to 4-5 on the season with the win over visiting Littlestown, their first victory over the Thurnderbolts since 2015. Biglerville finishes its season next week at York Tech, while Littlestown, also 4-5, will play host to Bermudian.

New Oxford hosted a formidable foe in Wawarick Friday night, but the Colonials found their way to another win, moving to a perfect 9-0 on the season. They’ll end the regular season at home versus Eastern York next week.

The Gettysburg Warriors capped their season in style, sweeping McCaskey 3-0 (25-20, 25-16, 25-11) on Senior Night to finish with an overall record of 9-11.
Senior Alexa Codori and sophomore Alyssa Ketterman powered the offense, combining for 12 kills and each reaching the 100-kill milestone for the season. Senior setter Cate Green directed a balanced attack with 21 assists, while senior Addlyn Ketterman and junior Maren Miller added 16 kills between them. On defense, sophomore libero Sierra Shepherd tallied her 150th dig of the year and served five aces to help close out the win.
In junior varsity action, the Warriors also ended on a high note, defeating McCaskey 2-1 (25-9, 17-25, 15-4) to finish with a 12-8 record. A’leyjah Collins dished out 10 assists to reach 200 for the season, and outside hitter Brie Shorb led the way with seven kills and nine aces.
