Kick off your Thanksgiving festivities with community spirit and a great cause at the Ninth Annual Turkey Trot and Family Waddle, hosted by SpiriTrust Lutheran®! The popular local event will take place this Saturday, November 23, at The Village at Gettysburg Campus Walking Trail, located at 1075 Old Harrisburg Road, Gettysburg, PA.
The morning begins with the 5K Trot at 8:30 a.m., followed by the Family Waddle at 8:45 a.m. Participants can pick up their numbers at 8:00 a.m. The event is open to SpiriTrust Lutheran® residents, team members, friends, families, and the entire Gettysburg community.
Instead of a registration fee, participants are asked to bring canned or shelf-stable food items to support the local food bank.
Prizes will be awarded to the fastest male and female runners, and door prizes will be drawn for all entries. The winners will be announced before the Family Waddle begins.
