The annual Blue-White Game brings fans back to Beaver Stadium for a springtime celebration of Nittany Lion football. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. this Saturday, April 26, with gates opening at 12:30 p.m. — early arrivals are encouraged to soak in the energy and excitement of the day.
The weekend’s festivities start bright and early with the Blue-White Apparel and Equipment Sale at Pegula Ice Arena, running from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fans can score one-of-a-kind Penn State gear while preparing to cheer on the blue and white.
But the fun doesn’t stop on the field. Across campus, there’s a buzz of activity as fans reunite, families explore the campus, and students enjoy a break before finals. Despite game-day traffic and campus restrictions, Penn Staters know the drill — plan ahead, stay patient, and savor the experience.
Sunday brings even more heart to the weekend with the Paterno Family Beaver Stadium Run. This annual event benefits Special Olympics Pennsylvania and includes a 5K and a family-friendly walk. Starting at Medlar Field, participants make their way through campus and into the iconic stadium for a finish line moment to remember.
Blue and White Weekend is a true Penn State tradition — a chance to celebrate community, school spirit, and the promise of a new season.
