NOTICE: Carlisle Street neighbors who use Jacob’s Alley

Jacob’s Alley, off East Broadway behind Carlisle Street, will be closed for alley and road repair beginning Friday, October 25 at 7 a.m. and will reopen Wednesday, October 30. You can continue to park on Carlisle Street as many of us have done this fall during the extensive road work.
Also note that East Broadway will not have Trick or Treat this year because of the sidewalk conditions. West Broadway will be open for Trick or Treat Night on Thursday, October 31.

Broadway Street Update
October 24th, 2019
Wednesday (10-23) – Pour sidewalks on E. Broadway and install base course associated with curbs and storm trenches on West Broadway.
Thursday (10-24) – same as 10-23
Friday (10-25) – Install scratch course (paving) on West Broadway. Pour concrete sidewalks and Jacob’s Alley crossing on East Broadway (no traffic permitted in alley until 10-30)
Monday (10-28) – Pave wearing course on West Broadway and continue to pour sidewalks on East Broadway (Contractor coordinating driveway pours with individual property owners)
Tuesday (10-29) – Pave final wearing course on East Broadway. Concrete sidewalk pours will continue.
