Frealing will face Republican Thomas R. Carr in the fall municipal election.

“Although I would have liked the election results to have turned out differently, I wish to congratulate Rita Frealing on the win today, said Carr. “Rita, along with Kierstan Demps and myself, all ran an honorable and respectful campaign for the Democratic candidate for Mayor of Gettysburg Borough. I plan to support Rita’s Campaign and I look forward to voting for her and seeing her elected as the next Mayor of Gettysburg this November 2021.”
