What were the lives of civilians caught up in the Battle of Gettysburg? A new program from the Adams County Historical Society offers insight into the lives of local civilians during this pivotal event.
The program, titled Caught in the Crossfire, uses eyewitness accounts and rare artifacts to tell the story of how life went for those impacted by the battle. The program comes at 11 am on Saturday, March 2, at the Adams County Historical Society, 625 Biglerville Road, Gettysburg.
