The Adams County Arts Council will present Cheryl Kelly, Sales Manager with Penguin Random House, on Thursday, October 1, at 5 pm via Zoom. The online program, originally scheduled for May 7, will celebrate books and those who love them. Find out what’s new in the publishing world and what you might like to add to your reading or holiday gift list. Book Club members are especially welcome.
Arts Council board member Judie Butterfield is donating “door” prizes and books for a give-away. Butterfield will also share her recipes for some of the most popular refreshments she typically provides for this annual event.

Debbie Scheller, owner of A Likely Story Bookstore in Sykesville, MD will join Cheryl in the discussion. All books discussed will be available for purchase online at www.sykesvillebooks.com with partial proceeds going to the Arts Council. Registration fee is $10 per person and may be made by contacting 717-334-5006, aa@adamsarts.org, or online at www.adamsarts.org.
