Community Media is set to host the 2025 Local Government Day on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at noon at 124 North Peters Street, New Oxford, PA. This event aims to connect the public with local organizations and officials, offering a platform for community engagement and political awareness.
The event will showcase key local organizations such as the Adams County Boroughs Association, Adams County Association of Township Officials, Adams County Council of Governments, Adams County Democratic Committee, and the Adams County Republican Committee.
Candidates running for local office are invited to participate as part of their Primary Election campaign efforts. Verified candidates will have access to valuable resources, including on-air interviews, professional headshots for campaign use, and video clips for online promotion.
In addition to candidate appearances, the event provides table space for campaign teams to engage with the public. Residents are encouraged to attend, meet candidates, and connect with organization representatives.
