Community Wellness Connections is a committee under Healthy Adams County. With a focus on promoting better health outcomes for ALL residents, they are offering this Passport to Wellness Program. Essentially, this program is built on the idea that more people will be motivated to improve their health and well-being as they are exposed to a wide variety of social and fitness activities. We will feel better if we participate in activities that promote physical, mental, and social well-being. We also hope you will find something new that you like and continue to participate in the activity throughout the year!
Thanks to all of our organizations and individuals who have offered free classes and wellness opportunities to the community for the Adams County Passport to Wellness Program!
Please follow these steps to participate:
1. We have provided you a copy of the Adams County Wellness Challenge calendar of events for March and links to learn more about each event and to register for them.
2. Besides registering, participants will need a passport to receive credit for the events they attend. Passports will be available at all events and can be printed ahead of time.
3. Participants who attend five or more events and have them checked off can take a picture of the passport when they are done and email them to jgastley2@wellspan.org to be entered into a drawing to be eligible for prizes. Passports must be submitted by April 7th.
4. Prizes will be drawn on April 15th, and participants will be notified via email if their names are drawn to receive a prize.
