Dale D. Campbell, 96, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2020 at The Brethren Home Community.  He was the husband of the late Ruth Arlene (Bixler) Campbell, his wife of 70 years, who died on December 9, 2014.

Dale was born June 21, 1924 in Ickesville, the son of the late Jay B. and Mary R. (McCoy) Campbell.

Dale was a member of First Church of the Brethren, York, and Yellow Breeches Anglers & Conservation Association, Boiling Springs.

Dale is survived by two sons, Darwin L. Campbell of Libertytown, MD, and Lonnie E. Campbell of Purcellville, VA., four grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers, Wilmer B. and Harry L. Campbell, and a sister Anna May Kain.

Graveside services will be private. A memorial will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to, Good Samaritan Fund at the Brethren Home, 2990 Carlisle Pike, New Oxford, PA 17350 or Yellow Breeches Anglers & Conservation Association, 395 Martin Rd., Boiling Springs, PA 17007.  Feiser Funeral Home, Inc., 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, is in charge of arrangements. CJ Jamarillo

CJ is an intern at the Connection and a Senior at Gettysburg College. CJ played football and lacrosse in high school and and plays on the Bullets football team. He has worked as a scorer and social media representative for the Gettysburg College Athletics Communications Department, CJ is an Active Brother of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity where he served as rush chair and house manager.
