On Wednesday February 6th, Gettysburg Democracy for America will bring together local officials and citizen activists to talk about their passion for local issues and their commitment to service in the local community.
“Why Run for Office? Local Issues and Why They Matter” begins at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium in Valentine Hall at the United Lutheran Cemetery in Gettysburg.
Panelists include County Commissioner Marty Qually, Gettysburg Borough Council President Susan Naugle, Council Member Patti Lawson, and Sara Laird, Political Action Coordinator for the Adams County Democratic Party.
