Dotty Dalphon named new Gettysburg YWCA executive director

Dotty Dalphon has been selected as the new executive director of the YWCA Gettysburg and Adams County.

She is replacing retiring director Deb Geesey.

Dalphon will begin in her new position on May 13^th.
