Fall fun at the library

by Barbara Buckley

Despite the warm weather, fall is in the air. Families are school shopping and getting ready for their new routines. Even though I’m an adult with grown children, I feel like when school starts, fall has begun. And when fall begins, an atmosphere of newness permeates the air. To me, it is a time rife with opportunities for growth, almost more than when we turn to a fresh calendar year.

If you’re interested in experiencing something different this fall, check out this sampling of programs for adults at the library. We invite you to join our library community! Events are free, and you can register online on our events calendar or speak to a library staff member.

To see all the events we offer across the county, go to www.adamslibrary.org/events. If you haven’t looked recently, you may be amazed by the amount and variety of programs that are offered! The ACLS purpose statement is to “connect people to opportunities that enrich their lives” and providing interesting programs is one way that we accomplish this!
