Gettysburg Borough Council Discusses Environmental Costs of Non-recyclable Plastic Bags

The Gettysburg Borough Council discussed the environmental costs of non- recyclable plastic bags and heard public comment about ordinances that would potentially limit their use in the borough.

In public comments, several people spoke in favor of some limitations and presented ideas about how this might be accomplished.

No presenters argued against the idea.
