Charles Strauss and his family have moved to a new home on West Broadway. Because the new address is in Ward 2 and he currently represents Ward 3, Strauss will be leaving the board as of July 15th.
Strauss announced his resignation at last Monday’s council workshop.
Strauss will remain on the borough’s planning commission.
The council is required by state law to appoint a successor within 30 days. Anyone who has lived in Ward 3 for at least 365 days is eligible.
