The Gettysburg Borough Council will hold a special meeting using Zoom on Monday, April 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
The special meeting will be broadcast via live streaming by Community Media, www.communitymedia.net, as well as via the “Gettysburg Borough” Facebook page and the “Gettysburg Boro Police Department” Facebook page.
Gettysburg Borough residents and/or taxpayers of the Borough desiring to participate by providing public comment at the meeting must preregister with the Borough no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, April 27, 2020, by contacting Charles R. Gable, MPA, Borough Manager either by e-mail, cgable@gettysburgpa.gov, or by telephone, (717) 334-1160, ext. 222.
Each registrant for public comment will be provided with an access code to join the meeting through the Zoom platform.
The purpose of the special meeting will be for the Borough Council to consider and authorize its necessary and essential items of business for the month of April 2020.
A proposed agenda for the special meeting will be posted and made available on the Gettysburg Borough website, www.gettysburgpa.gov, on Wednesday, April 22, 2020.
