The annual Christmas Festival, which kicks off with the Christmas Parade on Friday at 6:00 p.m. and continues into Sunday, will cause major traffic disruptions this weekend.

Traffic on the Gettysburg Square will be partially blocked and controlled by traffic signals this weekend
Beginning about 1:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon, Steinwehr Avenue will begin to close around the Heritage Center. By Friday evening, Baltimore Street (from Lincoln Square to the Borough Line), Steinwehr Avenue (to Culp Street), E. Middle Street (from Liberty to Baltimore Street), and Lefever Street will be closed as the parade begin at the Middle School and progresses to the Heritage Center.
On Saturday, Baltimore Street (from Lincoln Square to the Borough Line), Steinwehr Avenue (to S. Washington Street), and parts of Lefever Street will continue to be closed on Saturday.
The road closures will end by Saturday at midnight.
During the festival, parts of the Gettysburg Square will be closed and traffic will be controlled by temporary traffic signals.
