The Gettysburg Foundation will welcome guests from across the country to the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum & Visitor Center on Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, for its annual Gala, a signature evening of celebration, connection, and purpose in support of the Foundation’s ongoing partnership with Gettysburg National Military Park and Eisenhower National Historic Site.
This year’s event will feature special guest Peggy Noonan, Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist for The Wall Street Journal, bestselling author, and former Reagan presidential speechwriter. Known for her insight, eloquence, and deep respect for American ideals, Noonan has shaped public understanding of democracy for more than four decades. Her appearance at the Gettysburg Foundation Gala underscores the ongoing relevance of Gettysburg as a place of reflection, dialogue, and civic inspiration.
The evening program will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a reception, followed by dinner and remarks at 6:30 p.m. A private post-reception with Noonan will take place after the program. Guests will also enjoy a dessert reception with live music and dancing beginning at 9 p.m. Cocktail attire is requested.

The Foundation’s Gala raises critical support for its nonprofit mission to help the National Park Service preserve and protect the resources associated with the 1863 Battle of Gettysburg and to share its enduring lessons with new generations.
