
de>GETTYSBURG, Pa. The Gettysburg College women’s lacrosse team held steady at the No. 5 position in the latest release of the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division III Coaches’ Poll.
Gettysburg (2-0) remained among the top five for the fifth consecutive week of the regular season. The Bullets finished with 528 total points. The top nine teams in the poll remained the same from a week ago with Franklin & Marshall College (1-0) strengthening its hold on No. 1 with 21 of 25 first-place votes. Tufts University (0-0) was second with three first-place votes followed by Washington and Lee University (6-0) and Salisbury University (7-0). The Sea Gulls gained one first-place vote.
Gettysburg faces off with Dickinson College this Saturday at noon.
