Gettysburg Tours, Inc. proudly recognizes Ron Koontz for reaching an extraordinary milestone: 50 years of dedicated service to the organization.

Since joining Gettysburg Tours, Inc. in 1976, Ron has played a vital role in the company’s growth and success. Over five decades, he has contributed to lifelong memories for thousands of visitors to the Gettysburg Battlefield. His skill and expertise behind the wheel leave his colleagues and visitors alike in awe while his smile and kindness warm the heart of all who are lucky enough to encounter him.

Throughout his career, Ron has witnessed lots of changes both within the company and Gettysburg. He trained many of the current and past drivers. His mentorship in helping others with this career path has meant a lot to many, and we believe his legacy with our company and the impact he continues to make for visitors to Gettysburg will last for generations.

Gettysburg Tours, Inc. has been offering bus tours of the Gettysburg National Military Park Battlefield since 1959. Throughout the years the business has grown to include private charter bus transportation with Beyond Charter Tours, ghost tours with Ghostly Images of Gettysburg, group tour planning with Gettysburg Group Reservations and operating the historic attractions of the Jennie Wade House and Historic Homestead Orphanage within Gettysburg, PA.
