Healthy Adams Bicycle-Pedestrian Inc. will hold its fourth annual “Ride for Trails” on Saturday September 28, 2019.
This is an annual ride raising money for development of trails for bicycling and walking in Adams County.
Three different routes are being offered this year: a 12-mile guided ride; a 25-mile self-paced ride; and a 37-mile ride for more experienced riders. All rides travel through the Gettysburg National Military Park and over the picturesque Sachs Covered Bridge. The longer rides will also wind through the quiet roads of southern Adams County.
A lunch will be provided after the rides, starting at 11 a.m.
Even if you do not ride in this event, we encourage you to donate to our activities at this time and people providing a donation of $50 or more will receive a free HABPI T-shirt.
HABPI supporters are encouraged to collect and bring donations from friends and businesses to support development of trails in Adams County.
The cost is $40 on day of ride.
Early registration is now closed.
