The HACC Foundation, a nonprofit educational trust established in 1985 to raise private and corporate revenues in support of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, announces director emeritus; events for high school students; inspiring updates from full-ride scholarship recipients; and students who received scholarships for the 2023-24 academic year.
