HBO Productions will be conducting a film shoot in Gettysburg tomorrow morning (Tuesday, July 30, 2019).
The Gettysburg Square and the first blocks of York Street, Carlisle Street, and Baltimore Street will be closed to vehicular traffic between the hours of 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. The first two blocks of Chambersburg Street between Lincoln Square and Franklin Street will also be closed.
Anyone who parks on the streets listed above prior to the road closures will be able to leave by turning around and heading back out in the opposite direction that they entered. No cars will be allowed to park during the street closure.
Pedestrians may access all businesses via foot during the road closure.
HBO has been shooting this week at an elaborate set in the northeast corner of the rec park.
The crew has announced a drag show to be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Battlefield Brew Works, 248 Hunterstown Road, Gettysburg. Entrance is first come, first served. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
