| This position leads the @Home in Adams County community engagement initiative. @Home is designed to increase access to affordable housing, improve transportation opportunities, and increase the availability of livable wage employment across the county. This position will coordinate the initiative, facilitate community involvement, and ensure that the @Home in Adams County Strategic Plan, a living document, is continuously updated and the strategies are implemented and measured. Qualifications: Degree in Community Development, Business or a Social Science and 3+ years experience in community/system level work (experience can be substituted for education.) Additional Qualifications: Ability to make connections with people across all walks of life including marginalized populations AND policy makers, legislators and the business community, ability to do public speaking, strategic thinker with the ability to operationalize ideas, as well as create and manage an effective work plan and engage others in the work.
