Huge Field of Adams County Municipal Primary Election Candidates Announced

The Adams County Office of Elections has announced the slate of candidates for the 2021 municipal elections to be held on May 18.

Director of Elections and Voters Registration Angie Crouse said there had been a big increase in the number of candidates in comparison to the 2019 election.

Overall there are 284 Republicans and 87 Democrats running, for a total of 371 candidates.

The candidates are running for 216 different offices ranging from borough council to school board director to tax collector to constable.

A big thanks to all of the candidates who have donated their time to this important community effort.
