Josh Prince runs for PA Commonwealth Court

Attorney Josh Prince is running for a seat on the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.

Josh Prince has built an unparalleled career holding government accountable, ensuring the law
is applied as written and Constitution intended. Now, he is seeking to become a judge on the
Commonwealth Court to further serve the People. With more than 15 years of legal advocacy, in
just the past 6 years, he has argued thirteen cases before the Commonwealth Court-winning
ten, with decisions pending in two others, and one currently on appeal to the Pennsylvania
Supreme Court. If the appeal is successful, as expected, Prince could hold a perfect record
defending citizens before the very court he now seeks to join-which is unheard of.

While recognized for his advocacy of Second Amendment rights, Prince has also championed
broader constitutional protections. During the early days of COVID-19, he was a leading legal
voice against unconstitutional mandates. He played a key role in reopening the state after Wolf’s
lockdown orders-successfully pushing to reopen law firms and local businesses, including Taste
of Sicily restaurant. Prince is committed to upholding law and order to ensure safer communities
for children to attend school and for families to thrive. Prince has proven to be a successful
fighter for the rights of Pennsylvanians, and will bring compassionate but competent judicial
temperament to the Commonwealth Court.
