Kathleen Pratt announces her candidacy to serve the people of the 91st District in the Pennsylvania General Assembly. Pratt will run on the Democratic ticket.
When elected, Kathleen will be a state representative that listens to the needs of the 91st District and takes action. Her priorities will be the priorities of the voters, common-sense taxation, strong public schools, local economic growth, and the dignity of all people.
Kathleen was elected to the Gettysburg Area School District board, for a second term, in November, 2025. Encouragement from across the community to serve at the state level prompted Kathleen’s decision.
Through the campaign, Kathleen will continue to serve on the Gettysburg Area School District board where she remains laser focused on keeping students at the center of every decision the board makes while respecting that taxpayers primarily fund our schools.
Kathleen, always seeking opportunities to serve the community, is also a trustee of the Adams County Library System.
A business professional turned business educator, Kathleen is a business studies Lecturer at McDaniel College and the champion of its Program for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Prior to joining McDaniel, Kathleen was a Professor of Management and Marketing at the Harrisburg Area Community College in Gettysburg, ran a successful consulting practice focused on small business success, and worked at the national and regional levels as a marketer in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors.
Tony Guzman was the first to announce his candidacy to serve the people of the 91st District at both Blue Storm Action and Adams County Democrat Committee January ’26 meetings. He provides a unique ability to reach out to all Adams County residents, which is what is needed during this of rampant hooliganism by ICE. A vote for Tony will be a vote for local business and all residents, no matter how marginalized they may or may not be.
