Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc.

Wayne V. Kenworthy began his work in the funeral business in the 1960’s.  Looking for a funeral home in the area in which he grew up, Wayne and his wife, Margaret M. (Sterner) Kenworthy, purchased the Bucher Funeral Home in Hanover, Pennsylvania in 1965.  Originally owned and operated as a Funeral Home by Frederick Bucher starting in 1933, the lovely Victorian era home and business  – circa 1897, was the ideal location to establish the W.V. Kenworthy Funeral Home.  The Kenworthy Family has been providing excellence in the funeral service in the Hanover area ever since.
